About

We didn't start Grovr because
it was the obvious thing to start.

We started it because we couldn't ignore what we were seeing.

Between us, Daniel and Sebastian have worked inside a lot of businesses. Different industries, different sizes, different problems. But the same patterns kept showing up. Leads coming in and going nowhere. Great service with no reviews to show for it. Customers calling after hours and finding voicemail while a competitor picked up. Businesses working hard and still losing revenue they had already earned. Not because they weren't good at what they did, but because the systems around their work weren't there.

We saw it from inside the organizations we worked in. We saw it with our own clients when we ran our own businesses. We lived it ourselves.

Then AI entered the picture.

While most people were worried about what it meant, we got excited. Sebastian had been researching AI agents for over a year before they were deployed at his company. So when he saw it implemented firsthand, it wasn't scary. It was confirmation. This wasn't a future thing anymore. It was happening right now, in real businesses, solving real problems.

And then the obvious question hit: why are we waiting?

We had the business experience. We had seen the pain points from every angle. We understood how AI could solve them. We just needed to stop waiting for the right moment and build the thing.

So we did.

Grovr exists because too many good businesses are invisible online, losing leads they worked hard to get, and running on systems that were never built to scale. We fix that. We move fast, we build properly, and we treat every business we work with as if it's our own.

We're a small and intentional team. That's by design. Every client gets our full attention, not a ticket system.

We're not here to sell you something and disappear. We're here from day one and we're here to stay.
